Founded in 1995, our mission is to bring about a time where there are no more homeless pets, to eliminate suffering of animals and to increase public awareness of the philosophy of reverence of life.

As part of our plan to reach our goals, ARF implemented a Building Fund in 2009 to help us achieve our number 1 goal - a new facility. Our current facility is small, cramped and dilapidated, making it very difficult for us to care for our ARFans. In January of 2011, ARF purchased property containing three existing buildings totaling over 8,000 sq ft with renovation near completion this month (January 2012).

The new ARFanage will consist of indoor/outdoor suites (no kennels allowed), isolation, quarantine and intake holding rooms, an exam room w/surgical suite, photography, simulation and special needs areas along with play yards, offices and even an ARF store!

With your help, ARF continues to make a difference in the lives of the neglected, abused and homeless animals in our area. Please help us help them and thank you for your continued support!

    You saved Roscoe's life. He has brought so much happiness to our family. He was right at my side during my recent cancer diagnosis and surgery. He provided so much love and support. He is my best friend.
