FOUR CORNERS MINISTRIES

Four Corners Ministries (FCM) exists to spread the love of Christ by building relationships to serve orphans and families in Africa. We feel called to demonstrate love through the Christian Church in Uganda and South Sudan. FCM follows Christ’s command by giving aid to Africa’s poor, sick, and suffering, especially children that have been orphaned. There are a variety of ways that FCM ministers to the people of Africa.

FCM facilitates short-term mission trips from the United States to South Sudan and Uganda in order spread the unconditional love of Christ and to expose people to the work God is doing through the ministry (Matthew 28:19). FCM trips focus in four specific areas, education, emergency relief, evangelism and orphan care. Serving on a trip with FCM will make an eternal impact in the lives of team members, as well as those that invest in individuals to go. It’s our goal to provide team members with an experience that enriches and challenges them spiritually, exposes them to the work that God is doing through our partners in South Sudan and Uganda, allows them to build relationships with the nationals, and is safe and secure, while also stretching their comfort zone.

In Africa, there are more than 60 million orphaned and vulnerable children (HIV/AIDS, conflict,disability, street children). Some three million of these children live in Uganda. Consequently, many children in Uganda have no concept of what love means or how it is demonstrated.

In response to this crisis, FCM has launched a project in 2010 called Abaana’s Hope (Abaana is an African word that means children), a comprehensive children’s village that will provide holistic care for orphans. The ultimate goal of Abaana’s Hope is to help raise future leaders, to lift them up and fill them with love and hope so that they might do the same for their neighbors. The FCM leadership initiated a capital campaign, titled Building Hope. Adopting Life.,which will allow for the construction of the proposed children’s village.The Building Hope. Adopting Life. campaign will give all members of the FCM constituency the opportunity to invest in this bold plan.

Together, we can rescue children as we invest in their lives and lead them to impact Uganda for generations to come. It is our prayer that Abaana’s Hope will challenge the worldview of our constituents, as well as their friends and family.

Four Corners sponsorship program makes it possible for you to make an eternal difference in the life of child in South Sudan or Uganda. Your partnership will rescue a child from poverty and destitution and give them hope for a brighter future. FCM strives to recruit at least two sponsors for every child in order to provide the holistic care that allows FCM to provide the necessities of life including clothing, two warm meals a day, a comfortable bed, a quality education and much more.

FCM sponsorship is done on a monthly basis and your support will allow FCM to raise these beautiful children in a clean and healthy environment. Sponsors can trust that the financial resources received are used with the highest level of integrity. Sponsors can also be assured that 100% of every dollar given goes directly to benefit the children of South Sudan and Uganda. In South Sudan, child sponsorship is through a ministry called Sudan Christian Advocacy, led by our dear friend and ministry partner Jeffreys Kayanga. In Uganda, FCM is proud to partner with Grace Fellowship Church and their network of Children’s Homes. Sponsors donate $30 each month to provide for the daily needs and educational development of these precious children. Sponsors will receive a picture of their sponsored child and will be given an opportunity to correspond.

In 2011, FCM opened Four Corners Thrift Store and they generate much of the needed revenue to support the mission. Four Corners Thrift Store is owned and operated by Four Corners Ministries, Inc.
