The Coast Guard Aviation Association - the Ancient Order of the Pterodactyl and the Phoenix Project.

Mobile, Alabama is the home of Coast Guard Aviation CGAA. One of the principal objectives of the CGAA is to actively contribute to the enlargement and perpetuation of the history of Coast Guard Aviation and the recognition thereof, both internally and to areas external to the service.

In support of this objective the CGAA is working towards restoring a Coast Guard HH-52A helicopter for display in the Smithsonian Institution Air and Space museum in Washington, D. C.

This will be the ONLY Coast Guard aircraft on display and will be an aircraft that spent significant time in Mobile.

Help us support the Men and Women of Coast Guard Aviation!
